Le Quartier Bonaventure et le Corridor Dalhousie sont proposés pour remplacer l'Autoroute Bonaventure et son voisinage dans Griffintown. Le redéveloppement changera de manière importante cette voie entre le Canal Lachine et la frontière du centre-ville.		Quartier Bonaventure and the Dalhousie Corridor are the proposed redevelopment of the Bonaventure Expressway and its surroundings in Griffintown. The proposal significantly alters the landscape between the Lachine Canal and the southern edge of downtown.

Le corridor et le boulevard urbain sont davantage une obstacle aux deplacements dans l'axe Est-Ouest Croissance de pollution d'air et de bruit et croissance de danger dû au visibilité limité aux intersections Coûts élévés et non-justifiables pour la construction d'un tunnel sous le viaduc CN qui nuirait a l'integrité des batiments historiques voisinants		Corridor and urban boulevard will create a significant barrier to East-West mobility Increased air and noise pollution and reduced safety due to limited visibility at intersections Significant, unjustifiable cost of tunnel through CN viaduc, and comprimised integrity of neighbouring historic buildings
